Please contact help@changehealthcare.com with your specific information (name and company) so we can troubleshoot. We will find your claims and get them loaded into your account, or get back to you with an update on your claims import status. If we are not working with your employer or benefits administrator, we currently do not have the ability to import your claims data. Health service codes are extremely confusing. There are ICD, DRG, and CPT codes that all serve unique purposes and are very complex. If you received outpatient care, your services will typically be identified by CPT codes. These codes may be associated with a hospital/facility revenue code as well. Inpatient hospital care, on the other hand, is often coded with DRG codes.
