You must also abide by the Twitter™ Terms of Service.
Direct messages to and from Twitter™ always remain private between you and the intended party. change:healthcare will not publish your private information to anyone else when you submit the question via direct message. We reserve the right, however, to share any anonymous information to other users as examples of how to use the service or for statistical use.
When you follow us on Twitter™, you will get all of the updates we make using that account such as new features, new savings alerts and more (just like you would with any other Twitter™ user you follow). But in terms of direct messages, you will only get answers to questions you have asked.
