The term "Services" refers to any procedure, treatment, and/or test you have received from a healthcare provider. For example, a service could refer to anything from an x-ray to lab work, to spinal surgery.

For services that are coded specifically by time spent with the provider or age of the patient, there should be a drop down menu on the service profile page. For example, the "Office Visit" profile includes options for 5, 10, 15, 25, and 40 minutes spent with the provider. If you know the particular service you received, select it from the menu to see the most accurate pricing.
