To find the price of a service, click on the "Cost Lookup" tab. Type in the service you are looking for information on and click "Search Prices". If you are unsure of the service you are looking for, begin by browsing the list of common medical services listed toward the bottom of the page.

To find the price of a prescription, click on the "Cost Lookup" tab. Type in the name of the prescription you are looking for information on and click "Search Prices". If you are unsure of the prescription you are looking for, begin by browsing the list of common prescriptions listed toward the bottom of the page.

If you cannot find what you are looking for when searching using the free text field, try reviewing the lists of most common prescriptions and services. If you still cannot find what you are looking for, then the system may not contain information. Double check by contacting customer service, who will have a complete list of the services and prescriptions covered by the system.
