If your doctor is not a part of our database (i.e., they don't appear in the search results), you can manually add them. A link below the search results allows you to manually add their information. Click the link and complete the form. Added provider information will be saved to your account.

There are two ways to correct information. One option is to send an email to help@changehealthcare.com and provide the correct information. Another option is to share the site with your doctor and ask them to claim their profile. Once they "own" the profile, they can update and modify any of their information.

Providers refers to the wide variety of medical professionals and service suppliers engaged in delivering healthcare-related products and services. We enable you to search for a wide variety of providers on the site.

We are currently working to allow providers to take full control of their profiles. This would include the ability to upload a photo, as well as edit all of their personal information.
